If Anwar Gets In, Tun M leaves

Tun Dr mahathir

A report form the Malaysian Insider quoted that if DSAI becomes the prime minister, Tun M would rather migrate. Its sad to hear this from the former pm who lead the country for such a long time and choose the wrong successor. I would think that Tun Dr M has got a part to play in the situation we are in today.

My parents always told me that you can sometimes do all the good in the world but the wrongs that you do, can come back to haunt you and potentially you could be remembered for that scar alone.

The part of the report that i don’t fully agree on is ->

He said Anwar was greedy enough for support that he would forsake the special privileges for his own race to cooperate with the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) which is filled with racism.

People on the street will be people on the street. You can have the best intentions in the world but if you don’t know how to control and position it right, it can easily be mis-interpreted. I personally dont think Hindraf is racist. I think the way Pakatan handles them is good, you cant always go against something just because you don’t believe in it. Hindraf isobbying the cause of their kind and other races have acknoledged that it is important. We live in a nation where one race well being will mean other races will benefit from it because reality is we are dependant on each other for out very existance.

What if Hindraf never came along? Would the nation seriously look at the plight of the group and their calls and addressed them?

What if you embraced their concerns, listen to them and reason and address those concerns?

Well..everyone is entitled to their opinion and my stand is, We Need A Better Malaysia for ALL and Malaysia should be for all!

PS- If a Chin-DRAF/Is-DRAF emerged and had solid grounds for their call, i’de support them too!

Anwar For Bandar Tun Razak

The ticket into parliament has been the emphasis for Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim to open up the flood gates into his parliamentary entrance after over 10 years absence. In his latest ceramah at Cheras, he dropped heavy hints that Bandar Tun Razak is the target of there he will be competing for this very ticket.

The current MP for the seat is the Selangor Menteri Besar, Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim. Like the other 31 PKR Mp’s he is willing to give up the seat as he is still the ADUN of Ijok. This could easily pave way for DSAI to contest in a by-election and make his entry into the parliament

If he does take up the Bandar Tun Razak seat it could be a win-win situation where DSAI could mark his comeback while Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim can now focus on his Selangor matters.

I personally feel that this is a better option as compared too the Bandar Baru Kulim seat which Zulkifli Nordin is the MP of currently. Zulkifli Noordin seems to be doing a great job at his constituency and from the little that i have seen of him, he looks like a bright prospect for the future.
