Ever since i started exercising regularly, one of the strange things that i found happening is my weight increasing compared to when i first started. Now that’s not exactly a bad thing cause i can see that im loosing fat and my muscle mass is increasing.
Having said that, a wise man once told me that its only 30% exercising and 70% your diet. This is when you eat & what you eat. It’s important to time your meals, 4 hours is a good time frame. If you stick to a routine, know what you consume and with the right quantities , you are on course to losing the fat.
The days where people starve themselves to lose the inches is over, time to know what you eat and take on a lifestyle which will help you in the long run is a sustainable plan. Easier said than done but it needs to be done.
Its already 2011 .. Its a brand new year and all meters are reset. Birthdays all over again ,festivals all over again and a new opportunity to get right all that was not so right. 2010 has been kind to me, its one of the most productive years i have had in a long time and hopefully i can keep that going.
I value my time and try to have a balanced lifestyle while making full use of the time i have on my hands. A few new plans in the pipeline and hopefully i can get them done this year.
Delirium wishes all everyone a Happy New Year and hope you have a super duper 2011!

On April 12 1980 , The marathon of hope started . Its a truly inspiring story and everyone should take part to raise funds for Cancer research. You dont have to give money, all you need to do is buy a tee-shirt and show up for the run.Its one of the largest single day fund raiser and its truly a noble cause.

Set Your Self Up
Have you ever found your self ranting about how time flies? You celebrate New years, before you know it its your birthday and then its mid year, festivals and then you are getting ready to celebrate new years again. Yes, time does fly. Why? I think we have more and more things that keep us occupied that you loose track of time and hence feel that time flies.
This year for i tried something new, i decided to set my self up for things that i can benefit from in the future if not now. For instance, if there was that course that you always wanted to do but never got to it, this is the time to get to that. The fact that time flies, you wont even realize how fact you will complete it. Invest in yourself and invest wisely.
What time is the most accurate time in the world? We live in different time zones but within timezones, there are various different timings that are followed. Some 5minutes more, some 5minutes earlier and some totally off but what is the most accurate time?
I looked it up and apparently the most accurate time is called International Atomic Time :
International Atomic Time (TAI, from the French name Temps Atomique International) is a high-precision atomic coordinate time standard based on the notional passage of proper time on Earth‘s geoid. It is the principal realisation of Terrestrial Time, and the basis for Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) which is used for civil timekeeping all over the Earth’s surface. As of 2009[update], TAI was exactly 34 seconds ahead of UTC: an initial difference of 10 seconds at the start of 1972, plus 24 leap seconds in UTC since 1972 (the last leap second being added on December 31, 2008)

You can download the Atomic Clock Sync which will give your pc the most accurate time in the world and at least you have a benchmark of what the real time is before setting it faster or slower
