Malaysiakini reported that homegrown blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin is to be charged with criminal defamation tomorrow – he will have to first report to the Kuala Lumpur contingent police headquarters (IPK) at 10am.

Excerpts from Mkini reported :

Raja Petra said the police had contacted his lawyer J Chandra this morning, for information on how to contact him.

“They did not have my number, so I called them back and was told to report to the ninth floor of the IPK. They also said I would be charged for criminal defamation,” he said.

Asked if he had been expecting this, he replied: “Of course, I am not worried about what is to come, not at all.”

This is one man wih guts! He stands up for his words and is not afraid to face the music. Anwar yesterday, RPK today and who else?

BN’s biggest threats in the political arena is behind bars and the biggest online threat is on his way today. I hope that there are proper grounds for these arrest and the due diligence is done and not politically motivated.
