KL MRT MAP

When Singapore first started back in 1987 i remember riding the brand spanking new train in awe thinking of wow, if only we had this back home there would be much less traffic. Many many years later, the LRT made its debut here in Malaysia. It runs parallel with the KTM Komuter service service the city’ public transport system with the buses hitting the roads.

I for one felt that it was not good enough, there was still huge numbers of cars on the road and the poor service, not so frequent service and the always delaying KTM Komuter service didn’t do enough. Happy Malaysia Day!

Mmsia1

Malaysia Day is held on September 16 every year to commemorate the establishment of theMalaysian federation on the same date in 1963. It marked the joining together of Malaya,North Borneo, Sarawak, and Singapore to form Malaysia.

This is the first time in our history that Malaysia Day has been recognized as a public holiday. Should have been the case long time ago as i personally feel its a important day in our history. Its a pity that Singapore is not part of the country anymore but then again, it all happens for a reason ha!

Happy Malaysia day and here’s to many many more! Enjoy my favourite Malaysia day tvc by Digi! Nice work by the way :)

Google has recently added a birthday field in Google Contacts and many people asked for an integration with Google Calendar. Creating a birthday calendar shouldn’t be very difficult

fun-calendarsFor some of your contacts, you’ll see their birthdates even if you didn’t add it to Google Contacts. It’s likely that the information is obtained from Google Profiles.
