Angry Anna Hazare Game

A few days after my Anna Hazare posting i find this one! Looks like everyone wants a piece of the frenzy and some capitalizing on it as well! One such impressive interpretation is Angry Anna. The game is developed by Noida based Geek Mentors Studio. Angry Anna is dangerously close to being an addictive game and will suck you right into the Anna mania that is gripping the entire nation.

The game play is simple. Anna Hazare and his cohorts are trying to get rid of corrupt politicians. The pigs of Angry Birds fame are replaced with politicians and the angry birds are replaced with Angry Anna and Kiran Bedi, Baba Ramdev .The game has received 44000 game plays in the first 24 hours of the launch and is serving 8000 game plays per hour.

Angry Anna Game can be played online right now free of cost. Developed by Geek Mentors Studios, the game is based on the same concept as Angry Birds. Currently Anna Hazare is heralding a mass movement to free India of corruption and the geeky Indian community is doing their bit to support the movement.

Astro New Packages : Super Packs

I found out about this only recently and i got straight to Astro to evaluate my current package and to see if im paying the lowest price for what i have. I used to pay about RM145 for my entire package (including HD services) and did not have the movie package. Now i dont have the Metro Package but i have movies(which is not cheap!) and i only have to pay RM125. Not bad a savings!

Here is newly introduced Superpacks which i think that everyone should check out! You could end up saving a bit more than you are paying already. The bigger your package the better your savings!

Its probabaly a good idea to consider getting the PVR as well, there is a 50% discount happening right now!

Tim Cook Is The New Apple CEO

Tim Cook has been named as the new CEO of Apple Computers, replacing Steven Jobs who announced his resignation to the Apple board. Tim has always been the next in line with a few short stints running the company in the absence of Steve Jobs when he was not doing too well.

Now who is Tim Cook?

Tim cook is a 51 year old who is from Robertsdale, Alabama and joint Hp in March 1998

Cook spent six months at Compaq as VP for Corporate Materials before he was hired by Steve Jobs to join Apple. He initially served as Senior Vice President for Worldwide Operations. Prior to that, Cook served as the COO of the computer reseller division of Intelligent Electronics and spent 12 years in IBM’s personal computer business as the director of North American Fulfillment.

Cook is credited with pulling Apple out of manufacturing by closing factories and warehouses around the world. This helped the company reduce inventory levels and streamline its supply chain, dramatically increasing margins.
In January 2007, Cook was promoted to COO.

Cook served as Apple CEO for two months in 2004, when Steve Jobs was recovering from pancreatic cancer surgery. Cook also serves on the Board of directors of Nike. In 2009 Cook again served as Apple CEO for several months while Steve Jobs took a leave of absence for a liver transplant.

In January 2011, Apple’s Board of Directors approved a third medical leave of absence, requested by Steve Jobs. During that time, Tim Cook was responsible for most of Apple’s day-to-day operations while CEO Steve Jobs still makes most major decisions.
