The most prominent reminder that as a nation we are aspiring to become a developed nation by 2020 via the visionary idea by our former prime minister Tun Mahathir has been removed! It now has been replaces with the new buzz word that we hear everyday.
So there you have it, new ideology for us to think about. Exit Wawasan 2020 and Enter 1 Malaysia

Earth hour hits our shores for the 1st time this year! After months of planning to help create awareness about climate change and global warming to Malaysia and to the world. Its been a very interesting journey to bring together partners,friends,corporates,governments,skeptics and all Malaysians irrespective of race,gender,status and anything else that divides humanity.
A simple act of flicking your switch is all that is asked for to start this journey that hopefully will have a remembered as the day that the ocupants of our only planet decided to take action and mitigate the damage. Yes a hour may not do much but collectively it DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
As ONE PERSON we have got to take the step and collectively we can make the difference.
PS- A superb image of the Earth Hour being projected at the DBKL building at Dataran Merdeka to remind KL ites of Earth Hour tomorrow! Enjoy yourselves and lets take that step together!

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008This year Malaysia celebrates our 51st anniversary of independence . The theme for this year is “Perpaduan Teras Kejayaan” and the logo for this year is below.
From what i understand it talks about racial harmony which is the basis of success. The logo rational is the 3 figures which are intergrated to represent our harmony. The 3 figures represent the races of Malaysia.
The rational behind the colours are
White – The loyaty of all Malaysians
Blue – The racial harmony amongst all Malaysians
Yellow – Represents the king
