Ever since i started exercising regularly, one of the strange things that i found happening is my weight increasing compared to when i first started. Now that’s not exactly a bad thing cause i can see that im loosing fat and my muscle mass is increasing.
Having said that, a wise man once told me that its only 30% exercising and 70% your diet. This is when you eat & what you eat. It’s important to time your meals, 4 hours is a good time frame. If you stick to a routine, know what you consume and with the right quantities , you are on course to losing the fat.
The days where people starve themselves to lose the inches is over, time to know what you eat and take on a lifestyle which will help you in the long run is a sustainable plan. Easier said than done but it needs to be done.
We hear about animal abuse so much and its good to know of the different kind of abuses that happen around the world. Its like piracy as well, when there is a demand, there will be a supply so be aware of the products that you use or consume and try to make a effort to not be a contributor to elements that promotes or gives the culptis a reason to go on with their business.
