BN’s Opposite Concept

I was reading a article on Dato Seri Anwar’s swearing in ceremony which happened on the 28th of August 2008 without any hiccups. Special credits has got to go the Parliament speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia who was very professional during the whole process and didn’t throw a big fuss in getting the New opposition leader sworn in.
Some of the BN leaders seem to be saying all the wrong things for a while now, we had KJ who said Kuburkan Politik Anwar and that bit him right where the sun don’t shine. And the latest was by the Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar.

Syed the ISA Albar
Home minister has warned that :
“The Government will invoke the Sedition Act against anyone who fans racial or religious sentiments during the 10-day Permatang Pauh by-election campaign”
Im not a fan of the ISA and i don’t think that its right for the Home Minister to say such things because it comes acrosss as threatening. Having said that, i applaud his concerns in ensuring that no racial tensions is sparked during the by-election campaign period.
There are definately many ways in ensuring nobody crosses certain lines but ISA?
