Malaysia Getting Street View

Google Street View in Malaysia is underway! This means that very soon you will be able to view the Street view of choosen locations in Malaysia from a street view prespective! This is very cool, now whats even cooler is that unlike the normal google car that is modified for Street View purpose, we are being covered by a Trike(Image Above).

Google wants to know which area’s you like to be covered by the trike and to appear on Google Street View, head on to the Malaysia Street View Trike Poll and vote for your favourite location and it could be covered. This poll is open right up to end September so hurry!

What is a Google Street View Triked? Check it out HERE , you can also check out the other modes of transportation that is used to record street view HERE

Facebook Reaches 1 Trillion Pageviews

Google today released an updated list of the most-visited sites on the web and it should not come as any surprise that Facebook takes the top spot with 870 million uniques. YouTube and Yahoo are next with 790 M and 590 M uniques respectively.

1 Trillion!! That’s 1,000,000,000,000 (12 Zero’s) Pageviews!

This report was released by Google but Google does not release their traffic figures for competitive purpose cant be that far behind or ahead? Think about Facebook as you, the user. How many times do you log into your facebook account and revisit throughout your work day, lunch, dinner and while you are at home? The number of hours you might spend on the social network site directly translate to the no’s you see above.

Massive! If only we spent that time on more productive things or wait, is facebook productive? :)
