blogfor FTIn an effort to promote the three Federal Territories, a competition was launched yesterday with about RM500,000 worth of prizes up for grabs.

Launched by the Federal Territories Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin, the competition entitled “Blog for FT” will end on Jan 5 next year.

“Bloggers are free to write on lifestyle, tourism, music, heritage and culture, architecture, community events and life in Federal Territories. We also welcome constructive suggestions and ideas.”

Entries can be in the form of text, visual or video in either Bahasa Malaysia or English.

The competition is divided into four categories — general, juniors (aged 18 and below), Malaysian media and international category (non-Malaysians).

Will He Stay or Will He Go?

Today is the day when the PM Badawi will announce if he will stay on and contest for the UMNO top job and Premiership of the nation.

Personally I feel for this man.I dont think he is a bad person but i get the impression that a prime minister needs to be wayyyy stronger than what he brings to the table. So I think he should go but I’m not a fan of his “transition plan”.
My question is:

HOW DO YOU TRUST THE JUDGEMENT OF A PM THAT HAS FAILED??

Fancy a new Proton MPV? Proton are running a contest to name their latest project , the Protn MPV. The contest runs from now till the 30th of September 2008.Participants can enter the contest either via an online website or SMS. I recommend you use the online form as it is free while the SMS costs RM0.80 plus your existing mobile operator charges, unless you suddenly get an idea while you are not at a PC and want to quickly enter it in case someone else thinks of it first. Proton is not profiting from it though as the RM0.80 will be donated to charity.
