With my current job, im blessed with the opportunity to meet some brilliant people who are leaders in their own way. One of such person is movie director Yasmin Ahmad. She is the one responsible for movies such as Sepet,Gubra,Mukhsin,Muallaf and most of the brilliant Petronas ad’s that has been out for Raya,Chinese New Year or Merdeka!
Her direction has always inspired me and im sure most Malaysians! Her latest ad for Deepavali made its debut last night over Astro and its another masterclass advertisement!! What i love about her ad’s are how Malaysian they are.. It tells the real story that most Malaysians face on a day to day basis and its truly inspirational!!
The message is very simple yet the real deal
Even through tough time, courage, determination, and a lot of love, can give us wings to Fly

Even though it may seem like turbulent times now but the reality is we are all Malaysians, forget about our colour,your race,your beleifs as its something closer to your heart! As long as we respect each other and remember that we are Malaysians we will be superb and we can do anything that we want when we are united as ONE MALAYSIA!
