Wallet In Back Pocket Causes Pain

I have been having bad back and neck pains for a while now and decided to have it check and i was recommended to a chiropractor, by a doctor. I heard so much about chiropractor and what they do so it was a daunting thought but the pain was bad and i had to have it looked at.

So it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, the Dr checked me out told me what the problems were and started straightening out the back bones. Apparently the alignment was out due to long hours sitting in front of the PC . After a few bone cracking and stretches i was feeling as light as feather. It requires a few more visits before the problem is much better but i think its in the right track to recovery.

One tip that the doctor shared which i thought i share is that we should never keep our wallets in our back pockets like we normally do. Apparently its bad for our backbones and stresses our backs. So keep your wallets in your front pockets and leave your ass to hit the surface, without a buffer. Apparently its a known thing and its called hip-pocket syndrome or wallet-neuropathy so wallet needs a new home my friends! Back pocket is hazardous!

On a separate note, its good for those cards that you have in your wallet that keep breaking ha!
