Running thru the list it tells you that in a nutshell there are a few countries that take the lead as the best places to live in with no surprises, a few American cities, a few Australian cities, a few European cities and Hong King and China a city each.
Ask anyone looking to find a escape route from their own country and these are the normal few that are targets. Makes you wonder when the city that you live in becomes more appealing and desirable to the world.
