The Middle Ring Road(2) highway [MRR2] is closed again!! Yeap, the cracks have re-appeared for the 3rd time!! It was first closed in August 2004 and then for the second time in February 2006 for repairs. The stretch, part of the RM238 million Package 11 of the MRR2, was built by a consortium comprising Bumi Hiway, Sukmin and KKMJB on plans drawn upby the engineering firm of Maunsell, Sharma and Zakaria Sdn Bhd.

The last time there was a crack the government spent RM70 mil to fix it and its come un done again! Maybe there should be a review of all highway’s and roads that were built by Uncle Sam’s ministry before something major happens

    someone called that Samy back, the ACA should do some serious investigation into this matter..some RM70 Million was required during the last patching-up and I wonder how much will it cost now.

    Can you imagine that? 3rd time in a period of only 5 yrs!!
