Former Liverpool player Michael Owen has signed for Manchester United. United fans around the world must be giving their Liverpool fan friends a hard time with this signing. Knock your selves out United fans because even though im a thru and thru Liverpool fan, i think this is a master stroke by Sir Alex.

Michael Owen was a product of the Liverpool academy, breaking into the scene with his a superb goal against Wimbledon, its still fresh in my memory!! The former Liverpool & Real Madrid striker signed on a Free Transfer from the relegated Newcastle United after his contract ended.
He has had a poor few years before signing for United because he has been plagued with injuries but im sure if he was fit,given a run with superb supply..He will deliver the goods! Congrats to United for a signing which they will definitely be proud about!
