Meet the Spartans is the latest parody movie that has been released in the theathers. If you watched 300 you would know how serious the movie was and making a worthy parody would have been some serious work if they were expecting some joy out of it. The cast featured Diedrich Bader, Kevin Sorbo, Jim Piddock, Method Man, Sean Maguire and was directed by Jason Friedberg, Aaron Seltzer .This movie also toke a swipe at Ghost Rider,Rocky Balboa,Transformers,Paris Hilton and Britney Spears. In my view it was a load of crap. If i watched a stupidly funny movie it has got to worthy but this one was poor. Apparently it has raked in some $18mil since its launch date of Jan 25th and it really makes me wonder if are the movies that poor that people are going out to spend money on movies.Hopefully some quality movies come out soon to get my head of the money i wasted on this one!
