Liverpool FC Form Guide

If the form guide is anything to go by Liverpool is finally hitting some kind of form in the BPL. They are on a 8 game run since their last lost and scoring a staggering 24 goals in 8 games! With Benitez under fire from the American owners, Rafa had to let the results do the talking and the team responded with some awesome results.
Arsenal (H) 1-1
Cardiff City (H) 2-1
Blackburn Rovers (A) 0-0
Besiktas (H) 8-0
Fulham (H) 2-0
Newcastle United (A) 3-0
FC Porto (H) 4-1
Bolton Wanderers (H ) 4-0

To me Rafa has become more cautious in his approach, he is now taking games to teams and not worrying on seting up may he’s team according to how the opposition may come out to field.I feel this is key to ensuring they continue winning. The core of the team has got to be fixed and changes need to be done, players gain access to the first team based on form and fatigue. This is very important in the league at least! The manager can rotate and chop and change in cup games because that is a different cattle of fish.
My favourite team from what i have seen in reason weeks is :
Reina
Finnan Carra Hyypia Riise
Macherano
Benayoun Gerard Kewell
Torres Kuyt
For me, i like the backline of Finnan and Riise bursting forward with Macherano protection Hyypia and Carra.Kewell has been awesome in the left since his horrifying injuries with Benayoun and Gerrard playing behind Torres-Kuyt strike force.
Babel should come off the bench to replace either Kewell/Benayoun since he has made it a habit in scoring coming off the bench. Crouch or Voronin are more then capable replacements for the strikers and the idea of the introductions of young players like Jack Hobbs,Lucas Levia and hopefully Nabil soon is simply awesome!

In my view Liverpool should not be buying more players in January unless they are really good signings.Players should be sold instead to slightly reduce the squad size and re-coup some funds which could put a smile in the owners faces.
The team looks settled and mark your calender for Dec 16th because Manchester is coming to anfield and that promises to be a cracker with both teams in superb form.
