The form to keep your EPF contribution at 11% is now available for download. All you need to do is download the  Form KWSP 17A (AHL) Khas ,fill it up and pass it on to your hr for them to submit to EPF on your behalf.Its a pretty simple process and i suggest you do it as soon as possible before the festive season comes along and you forget to do it, if you wanted too in the first place.
