		<description>i also had a bad experience from F**** P**** OPTICAL shop. they promise within  2 working days i can pick up my lil sis spec but unfortunately they failed to do that coz of technical error on glass power. human error actually!!! they said that i can came n take the spec on another 1 week.

they called me but i believe we had power of consumer right, i were totally mad and scold them on the phone, finally i got the spec on third working days</description>

but i think, to be a customer go to any shop , will giving the same answer from sales if you wanna change anything, even the watch, skirt, shirt or anything. only can go for same price or higher price coz the money is not refundable..i had this kind of experience too, and most of thm telling the same thing.
erm...the power i have no idea for that, mayb it&#039;s really the problem from Ms P. but no warranty? i think you got to ask carefully and well, coz so far i know they all got 1 year warranty but only not showing the card.
even the branded sunglasses like G.Armani or Dior also having this kind of service, but NO CARD.
well, be patient dude, mayb there&#039;s got some misunderstanding..</description>
