Bangsa Malaysia

Read the papers everyday and all you see is Ministers urging certain races to improve, govt giving certain race a incentive or some race thing or rather.How ofter do you ever see a piece of news thats direct to everyone??i.e This was on The Star , it would have been awesome if more than one group would have benefited from something like this isn’t it? I’m not much of a historian so the little i know about history is basically from documentaries i watch or articles i read. The latest documentary was the one by our very own Fahmi Reza, 10 tahun sebelum Merdeka. The folks who could have been the leaders at that time to usher in independence were fighting the cause of a Bangsa Malaysia. Equality and everyone given the rights to the place we call home. Imagine what would have been the state of today if they were the ones in power?

In my view it doesn’t really matter who has what.If a certain group of people are good at something, let them do just that! If you have a job/tender/contract and its given out based on how well they can do it best then it would only equate to quality work! Imagine the amount of money we would have saved if that was the case, hell we could have sent up Angkasawan(S) and better still we could have launched them from barren land in the jungles of Sarawak without much help from anyone!

Why are we paying premium price for satellite tv? Operating systems on our computers? For a service that does the lambada when it rains or shows you a blue screen when some dude in a crampt up room decides to test out his virus?

Simple we don’t have a damn choice!

If we had options, then we wont be paying such hefty prices and I’m pretty sure the quality would be superb even from the smaller providers. Its really sad to see whats happening here, we truly have the resources but just not using it! I’m getting the impression that this might not be the right place for the minorities to have their kids growing in simply because its not a even playing field.Nobody is asking for a advantage or constant support,just flat piece of land we all can setup our stalls in to sell our goods! You think it will ever happen??

Seems like a long shot now but hope is not a bad thing too!
