Growing up I always have been super active in sports.I was one of those kids in school who was involved in every sport..athletics,football,badminton,swimming,squash,lari dalam guni..everything! So when you play those kind of sports you tend to be super fit. Then you go to college and it all reduces because your busy playing the college sport of being cool and all that. Years go by and i am where i am now.Working, getting old lazy and that obviously equates to unwanted fat in unwanted areas. Unlike before its soo much harder to burn this fat and get back to fitness.

At first i used to at least play futsal once a week, then i was swim once a week now all i do is think that i should play sports at least once a week
This is horrible!! I think as you get older you need to start taking care of your health because if i don’t do that now…20 years down the road i may turn out to look like Ralphie May from Last Comedy Standing!
I think its time for me to make amends before the situation gets out of control and it becomes much harder to get back to the super fit person I’m used to being
My girl friend calls me fat(which is absolutely not true) but hey…once I’ve got that Arnie like body…lets see what she’ll say to that!! And I’ve seem some fat relatives lately who think they are cool and witty and all that but to be honest look like walking time bomb that is out of proportion and become super lame(i think thats to cover up the horrible appearance)! None of that bull shit is happening to me!

These are some of the workouts/sports that i will be taking up to get this efforts on track
- Futsal(at least once a week)
- Swimming(at least once a week)
- Jog(twice?? a week)
- Watch the diet(NO IM NOT DIETING,just watching it
)
Noo, its stops there for now! I need to get discipline enough to start with these asap before taking it to the next level!I’m starting Monday next week and will update with any progress.Everyone needs to be fit and healthy ,when you feel good,you look good and when you look good thats a huge boost to your morale…I WANT!
