First of all i have to thank Danny, this is the best thing since Fernando Torres for me! He spoke about this a few months ago and was showing off the kind of download speeds he was getting but unfortunately it was only for Linux so i could just watch in envy.Now its available in Windows! I say..delete all download managers you have and install this one!! I have not seen download speeds like this one EVER!!

Look at that Down Speed!! My pc has never experienced 98.3KiB/s and the highest i achieved yesterday was 105.4KiB/s.It normally takes me about 6-7hours to download a series which i can do in just over a hour! EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THIS ONE!! Have a read of the below courtesy of Danny :)

Left Brain Right Brain

Something i got courtesy of Danny’s site.

Look at the lady in the picture below. Is she spinning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

We use both sides of our brains to understand what we see, feel and smell. In this example your brain will either tell you that she is spinning clockwise or anti-clockwise. If you use your right brain then she would spin clockwise and if you use your left brain you’ll see her spin anti-clockwise, this is what most people see but I saw her spin clockwise initially.

Can you change the direction she spins? The answer is yes. Concentrate and you might pull it off, I did :)

Population Control

Read the story below, amazing isn’t it? Maybe its a high level plot in not educating people on sex to keep the population under control, you wouldn’t a overflow isn’t it :) The best part for me was how some claim to have had sex more then 1000 times but when they were examined, they were still virgins!! wooohoooo….champions! :P

MANY Singaporeans have been seeking help from doctors on how to have sexual intercourse, Sin Chew Daily reported yesterday. 

Singapore Thomson Medical Centre (TMC) founder Dr Cheng Wei Chen said the hospital received several people every month, mostly university graduates, seeking their guidance on how to “do it”.

Liverpool v Arsenal

Last night the two unbeaten teams in the league came head to head and if your a football fan,im sure you would have watched the match over Astro. I was a bit worried being a Liverpool fan cause in my opinion Arsenal simply play the best football in the league and Liverpool are not exactly playing good football. Liverpool came out with a attacking formation and pay dividends very early in the game with a superb Gerrard free-kick,then Arsenal started playing….

God, they are just a different class!! Credit has to go to Arsene Wenger for building a bunch of pure footballers! Have a look at the team, barely a household name in there but they kind of football they dish out week in week out is awesome! Arsenal always had the reputation for overplaying the ball sometimes expecting to walk the ball into the goal but this season they know how to score too!!

The game ended a 1-1 draw with Liverpool loosing Torres,Mascherano and Alonso to injury.Arsenal re-gained their top spot in the league and frankly i did not enjoy the Liverpool performance at all!! I’m hoping the team gets their act together fast and start scoring for fun again, its still not too late to mount a serious challenge on the leaders yet.

Bangsa Malaysia

Read the papers everyday and all you see is Ministers urging certain races to improve, govt giving certain race a incentive or some race thing or rather.How ofter do you ever see a piece of news thats direct to everyone??i.e This was on The Star , it would have been awesome if more than one group would have benefited from something like this isn’t it? I’m not much of a historian so the little i know about history is basically from documentaries i watch or articles i read. The latest documentary was the one by our very own Fahmi Reza, 10 tahun sebelum Merdeka. The folks who could have been the leaders at that time to usher in independence were fighting the cause of a Bangsa Malaysia. Equality and everyone given the rights to the place we call home. Imagine what would have been the state of today if they were the ones in power?

Uncle Sam’s got a Coffee table Book!

“Samy Vellu – As We Know Him”thats what the latest stack of waste paper book that has hit the book stands lately. When i first read about ther launch of his book i was thinking, what the heck is in there that someone in the right frame of mind would pay RM140 for?

If you want a inspirational book of a local person, go buy the Lim Goh Tong book, if that doesnt inspire you i dont know what will! And if cost you  RM28!!

The Samy Vellu book tells you all bout his life and his strugles throughout his tenure as a minister and before.

A Bernama Report had this :

Abdullah said: “I have learnt much about my old friend and cabinet colleague of many years that I had previously not known. As it has been for me, I hope this book will interest all those who have in some way or another, crossed path with Datuk Seri Samy Vellu

**Yea, PM got that spot on, i dont think anyone who hasn’t crossed path would be remotely interested to for out RM14 leave alone RM 140 for this book

People who write books about themselves normally do after retiring to look back at their lives, i surely hope this is a indication of him looking to step down and pave way for someone capable of giving the minority some hope!

How much space do you have??

Few of us at the office were comparing how much space their web mail provider gave them.I always thought that Gmail gave the most amount of space but guess what?

5GB!! Thats a lot of space! I have never utilized even 1Gb at one point of time ever!! The “space wars” are heating up and it be interesting to see how much space we all would have in say…5years time?? :)

Uncle Lim Gives Back!!

I’m sure after the passing of Uncle Lim(Lim Goh Tong,former owner of Genting) most punters must have gone on a frenzy buying numbers related to the Gambling tycoon!! And true enough i saw this piece of news on the star Site today.

“A MAN from Johor and 13 friends won RM2.4mil after they struck the first prize by buying the number 3909, China Press reported. The number is the reverse of 9093, which is the combination of Genting Group founder Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong’s Chinese age (90) and the age stated in his obituary (93). 

The number was Da Ma Cai’s first prize on Wednesday. 

The numbers related to Lim, who died on Tuesday, including his age, year of birth, date of birth and time of his death have been popular among punters”

**Looks like Uncle Lim is giving back to his well wishers, just that now he is not paying for it anymore and he can choose who he wants to pay as well!!  :) **
