And the description on the profile is priceless!

His Description says — >

“Amir Hafizi is the sexiest man on Earth. His chest is as thick as any redwood trunk; from which hangs two great boughs of heavily muscled arms and one minor but strong branch of solid wood somewhere down there”

BUSTED!

13 September, 2007 – 5:02 pm

Some of you may have read my previous post about The Capital City and if you live in the KL city center area you know exactly what i mean. This is a follow up to that post, Finally it has happened! Today while i was passing that traffic infested area i saw something which was truly an eye candy!!

Check this out –>

BUSTED!

I was extremely glad to see the “white demons” finally getting a piece of justice! These guys have been getting away with it for far too long and i guess in conjunction with the Holy Ramadan month, the Five O’s decided to do us all a favor!

I hope the cops keep this up and constantly keep giving these “white demons” a nice white sheet every time they stop for their evening tea at the middle of town!

Before i forget, i also managed to get a picture of the nice huge signage that tells indicates its not a bus station but a bus stop!

Signage
If you cant see the signage clearly it says :

Tidak dibenarkan menunggu .Menurun dan mengambil penumpang sahaja!!

Translation ->

No waiting, Drop/pick up passengers ONLY!

And the irony is thats exactly where they stop for their tea break in the groups on both sides of the road! Kudos to the cops for taking care of this and hopefully this leads to a better traffic flow!

911 was 6 years AGO!!

13 September, 2007 – 7:47 am

Have you realised how time has been flying off lately??
Its amazing! I remember when i was done with school,i just couldn’t wait to turn 21 so i could gain access anyway i wanted too!
Then i turned 21, now i just don’t know where the years flew! between the age of 21 to today it feels like a black hole which flew by..

I was reading the article off American having a memorial for 911 a few days ago and it shocked me when it said it was the 6th anniversary!
Shocking isn’t it??It felt like only recently i was watching 2 planes crashing into the World Trade Centre and discussing the whole ordeal with friends.
Come to think of it, 2 countries have been wiped out and we have had soo many other things happen that we never realised time going by.

I guess the human clock moves much faster then we actually know and with the current pace of our lifestyle its just mental isn’t it!

New way to fix a broken plane!

12 September, 2007 – 7:14 pm

The next time your waiting to go for your business trip/holiday/or just out of the country and your sitting the in the departure hall and they announce that there is a delay in your flight due to technical problems , don’t panic.

Nepal airways have discovered a new formula on how to fix this plane when a plane refused to work even after attempts by engineers so the airlines decided to get some help from above.

The formula is ->

+ =

Yep! They sacrificed a goat to appease the gods who didn’t let the plans to fly! None of the reports that i read said if the planes actually worked after this ritual but its definitely a breakthrough in aircraft engineering!!

The Budget

12 September, 2007 – 11:43 am

Whenever the budget gets released, we as consumers generally look for the little details that actually matter to us. Smoke sticks? booze? and if there is potentially going to be some sorta tax exemptions. I guess different ppl look at different areas that would efect them. This time around i didn’t get a chance to have a good look at the budget but im picking up bits and pieces from the daily papers. This is one bit that i picked up today. This is how it works ->

“It is a simple mechanism. For instance, let’s say your monthly salary is RM2,000, 30% of your EPF contribution will go to Account 2. Your monthly housing loan repayment is now RM500 and you can use RM138 to offset the housing loan instalment. The RM138 will be credited to your bank account every month. “In another situation, you are thinking of buying a house, but you can only afford to pay RM400 a month. With RM138 withdrawn monthly from EPF, you can afford to buy a bigger house and pay RM538 monthly,”

I think its good scheme and funds are banked into your personal savings account which makes it very convenient.

Air Guitar World Championship

11 September, 2007 – 10:42 pm

Have you always wanted to be a rock star but truth is your tone deaf?? There is hope!!
StumbledUpon this and Its simply amazing!! Check out the story ->

Sept. 9) - A Japanese man out-”played” challengers to win the Air Guitar World Championship for the second consecutive year at a contest in northern Finland.

Ochi Yosuke received the highest score from a panel of judges in the final late Friday at the Teatria rock club in Oulu, near the Arctic Circle.
part from the glory, he received a custom-made Flying Finn electric guitar worth $3,400.

The talent on display was variable at best. The surprise of the qualifying round was Oulu native Hilkka “Gore Kitty” Suvanto, who has twice before scored the lowest points ever in that round but now achieved a perfect six from many of the judges.

However, it was Ochi who impressed the judges the most in the final showdown, ahead of Guillaume “Moche Pitt” de Tonquedec, of France, and Austria’s Max “Herr Jaquelin” Heller.

“It’s great. We’ve seen all the nations, united nations, ‘rocking on the free world’ and that’s good, that’s great,” de Tonquedec said.

One of the favorites for the title was American Andrew “William Ocean” Litz, whose act ends in a spectacular backflip onto an empty beer can. He finished 11th.

Whats your holiday destination?

11 September, 2007 – 1:57 pm

Where i work there are people from different countries and backgrounds. Some of them have been here for years and some just lately.Whenever there is a holiday around the corner or when we get that email from AirAsia , we immediately find ourselves booking the next get away. The local boys would probaly be looking at asian destinations while the foreginers would be scouting the local onces.

Its pretty embarrassing when i discovered a few years ago when we first started doing this that they have been to places I have never heard of locally or destinations i had only seen in pictures! Seriously, who we kidding …I am sure if your reading this you probably do exactly the same thing, wherever you may be from, yea?

After that awakening, i started exploring some local destinations and if you haven’t don’t the same, you don’t know what you are missing!!Let me show you a few and you be the judge of it!

Pulau Perhentian

Look like a postcard picture? Yes my dear friend its right here in Malaysia, thats Pulau Perhentian Kecil, i was there a few months ago and its heaven on earth, a totally relaxing environment and if you need to get off the hassle of your daily life, Perhentian is your place!

This next one, i have not been yet but when i do get the chance it will be amongst the favorite!

Sipadan Island

Have a look at that picture! Amazing isn’t it?? I’m a fool for beaches and with water that clear ,i can imagine how refreshing it could be!

Those are just 2 of the many destinations we have here!! Save those trips out of the country in the books for a while and explore what we have here. Its truly amazing and the rate the environment is deteriorating god knows if they would be here long enough!

I’m guilty of not even going to the KL Tower(i work right next to it) and i’m keen to make amends to that too!!

You know of any other superb destinations??

The Perfect Team

10 September, 2007 – 10:13 pm

What do you consider a perfect team? A team of stars or?

I was watching the F1 race last weekend and this prompted this whole topic. Have a Look at the McLaren Mercedes team, they have got 2 superb drivers. One world champion and one rookie who turns out to be the story of the year the intense rivalry potentially can damage the team or form jealousy and too intense competition, too much of something not always can be good!! Does that equate to sucess??

As far as i am concerned, having the best out there in a team doesnt make the best team.It can be your office environment,a sports team or simply just family!

I personally know Doctors who want to marry into another doctor and that turns out to be a disaster! Imagine this, 2 medical people married to each other.Naturally after all that studying they want to make something out of that quarter a million their parents have invested in them. Both pursue that dream and what happens to actually having a family??

In my opinion, you can have it all…You will compromise some parts of life if you pursue another with extreme!

How do you fix this?

My thoughts -> The best team is not always a team of stars.Chemistry is crusial, each team member should have the attributes to do the job in order to get that winning formula. Identify what your strengths and weaknesses are and make sure your partner or team mate is not your deadly rival but the one supplementing your strengths and vice versa.By achieving that you naturally have covered most bases and home run is the natural outcome!

Its a team event, you need more then one person too forge that winning formula :)

What you think?

9 WORDS WOMEN USE

10 September, 2007 – 7:16 pm

This is another email that i got that gives you a inside of the brain of the “fairer” sex.Yea its all messed up but can you imagine if this wasn’t the case? We would have a would of Yes and No’s!! So, my 3 legged species friends…memorize this and it may come in handy!

1. Fine:
This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2. Five Minutes:
If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3. Nothing:
This is the calm before the storm.. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4. Go Ahead:
This is a dare, not permission. Don’t Do It!

5. Loud Sigh:
This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6. That’s Okay:
This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7. Thanks:
A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you’re welcome.

8. Whatever:
Is a women’s way of saying F@!K YOU!

9. Don’t worry about it, I got it:
Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking “What’s wrong?” For the woman’s response refer to #3.
