This is a pretty nice video about how companies have benefited from taking their businesses to social media .Its vital to be part of this wave and to understand your customers before diving into it. It can come out with glowing results or you could seem very corny.

I used to get beaten for making mistakes. When i messed up at home growing up, my dad used to spank my ass so hard because i screwed up. Then when i went to school and a mistake was made, i would get punished. American Idol : Jacob Lusk

My pick to bag it this year, Jacob Lusk sang You’re All I Need to Get By yesterday and it was nothing short of brilliant and i had to share the performance here. The performance was soo good that Jacob received a hug and a kiss from Steven Tyler and said :
Baby Luther (Vandross), that was beautiful … you did it
What a performance! I sure hope he does well in the competition!

Advice
Have you come across those who seem to have a answer to every possible problem? They some how seem to know everything and give advice like they were a subject matter expert? Oh Surely! If there is something that we will never run short from is, resident Albert Einstein’s is what i like to call them.
Now lets take a step back and look at these “Albert’s” under a microscope. Normally they fit the profile of having pretty messed up lives them selves and give advice based on their “experience”. Sometimes its genuine and sometimes its just them being their selves, a true smart ass.
I think that we should always evaluate the situation and listen if you want too but make sure that the ultimate decision is made by YOU and not any Albert. After all, you are the one that will face the consequences and not these esteemed advice givers.
Just my thoughts
