Do you love your cup of coffee every morning? Well apparently, enjoying your nice hot cup of coffee and taking some vitamins is not the best of combinations.
Any beverage or food containing caffeine such as coffee, tea, chocolate and some sodas can inhibit the absorption of vitamins and minerals and increase their excretion from the body.

I was doing some cleaning at home and decided to do a random check of expiry dates of my groceries at home and guess what!! Almost everything i had in my fridge and cupboards expired on the 31st of December 2008!! I had to clear them up to the dumps to avoid any un-pleasant incidents from taking place! Have you checked yours yet???
Another important tip is when you go shopping, make sure you check the expiry dates. Just like how i discovered the expiry dates, some shops may overlook it and it could only spell trouble!!
Well…2008 has expired on us soo its pointless to have it around anymore…Look for 2009 on your expiration tags and your assured off a time in the toilet!

In keeping up with the cheap trend, the Chinese have sudenly found wealth coming their way and the rat race to grab a piece of the pie has lead to some horrible business practices being done to meet the low price demand.
The latest issue has been the milk situation. The scandal see’s formula milk powder contaminated with melamine, which causes kidney stones and agonising complications.The industrial substance, normally used in plastics, is believed to have been added to watered-down milk to make it appear higher in protein.

Penang Road Cendol
If you dont know what a cendol is , It contains the cendol jelly, santan, brown sugar and kidney beans and crushed ice.
Normally you should be able to get cendol almost at every eatery but the Penang Road Cendol is in a league of its own in my opinion.The stall is located next to the Joo Hooi Restaurant and its walking distance from Komtar and Prangin Mall.when you get there you’ll see 2 cendol stalls,this one is right next to the restaurant(youll definately know which stall to go too based on the crowd ).
I have been here soo many times and during my last visit i noticed that they have a branch in Giant Subang but i refuse to go there and try it simply because this cendol stall is another reason i will want to go back to Penang
