#makeitcount

Life the way you know it will be very different if you make it count. Stumbled upon this on facebook and i had to share it. Casey Neistat went around the world in 10 days and recorded this video. Not something a normal person would remotely consider doing but i think doing such things spontaneously will help keep you sane in this not very sane world that we live in isn’t it?!
I’m envious!
Ignorant Much?
When i checked Why This Kolaveri Di last on Youtube, there was about 52,626,435 hits ONLY. . The video was shown to a bunch of kids in the US and watch their reaction. It shows that they are pretty much stuck within their bubble that everything evolves around their bubble and nothing else matters. Unless its Justin Bieber or Rebecca Black of course!
How on earth can they be so ignorant when there is a whole nation which is nearly 4 times their population? To be fair, i think they were much worst just a few years ago and can see that they are opening up slightly but still years away from learning and excepting that the world is way larger than their borders.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and apparently ignorance is an opinion too!
Kony 2012
KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice. Great effort and i recommend watching it.
Watch the 30min video which has over 71 Mil views so far on Youtube ! Continue reading »
Worlds Smartest Kids – Featuring 1 Malaysian

At the age of 3, these prodigies were doing things that most grown ups are still dreaming of doing. Some are mathematicians, artist, physics masters and even environmentalist.
The one that caught my attention was Akrit Jaswal who at seven years old, became a surgeon. Then there is Saffron Pledger who at age 3 has a IQ 140 and might possibly become one of the youngest member of Mensa, an intellectual high IQ society.
Last but not least of my picks is Sufiah Yusof , a Malaysian who at the age of 13 received her acceptance to St. Hilda’s College, Oxford to study mathematics. That didnt last too long as she later went missing, became a high class prostitute and pretty much it was down hill form there. Suppose she must have gone through some rough times to end up in that predicament.
